SuperheroAgent

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses SuperheroAgent and to every agent you configure. Because our agents don’t just chat — they take actions on your behalf — the way you use them matters. Breaking this policy can lead us to suspend or limit an agent, or your account.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the service to:

1. Break the law, or help anyone else do so.
2. Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights, or misappropriate data you don’t have the right to use.
3. Generate or distribute malware, phishing, fraud, harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, or content designed to deceive (impersonation, fake reviews, disinformation).
4. Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), or message people who have opted out, across any channel — email, SMS, voice, or social.
5. Attempt to defeat the guardrails, approval gates, autonomy limits, tenancy isolation, rate limits, or security of the platform.
6. Scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to build a competing model or dataset.

Using Agents Responsibly

You set the mandate. You’re responsible for the objectives you give an agent and the autonomy level you grant it. Don’t configure agents to take irreversible or high-risk actions without appropriate human review.

Respect other platforms. When an agent acts on a third-party service (an inbox, a social account, a CRM), you must follow that service’s own terms and rate limits.

Keep a human in the loop wherever law, contract, or good judgment requires it — money movement, contracts, mass sends, and anything with legal effect.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend, throttle, or remove access to protect the platform and other customers. Where we can, we’ll give notice; for severe or ongoing abuse we may act immediately.
