SuperheroAgent is built on artificial intelligence. This statement explains, plainly, how the agents work, the oversight built in, and the responsibilities that stay with you — our approach to responsible AI, aligned with the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and Article 14 (human oversight) of the EU AI Act.
Agents plan and act using AI models. Their output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose. You are responsible for reviewing results before you rely on them; the audit trail and approval gates exist to make that practical.
Oversight is built into the product through:
We use reputable third-party foundation models under contract to power the agents. Your content is used to do your work — we do not use it to train shared or foundation models. See the Privacy Policy.
When agents communicate on your behalf, you are responsible for disclosing the use of AI where law or platform rules require it (for example, chatbot-disclosure and automated-decision rules in some jurisdictions).
If you enable outbound channels — email, SMS, or voice — you are responsible for obtaining any required consent and for honoring opt-outs and do-not-contact rules.
Voice or call features may be subject to one- or two-party recording-consent laws and telemarketing rules (for example, TCPA); you must obtain the notices and consents those laws require before using them.
You decide what work to automate and at what autonomy. Keep a human in the loop for decisions with legal, financial, or safety consequences. AI assists your judgment — it doesn’t replace your accountability for the outcomes you authorize.
