This policy explains billing and refunds for SuperheroAgent paid plans. Enterprise agreements may set different terms; where they do, the signed order controls.

Plans & Billing

Paid plans are billed on the terms shown at checkout:

1. Plans are billed per seat on the cadence shown at checkout (monthly unless stated otherwise).
2. Usage runs on transparent, pooled credits with a live meter and no surprise overages.
3. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from account settings; changes take effect as described at checkout.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew; we don’t provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless the law requires it.

If you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 30 days and we’ll make it right.
