SuperheroAgent

These Terms govern your use of SuperheroAgent.ai. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you’re accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you’re authorized to do so. (In these documents, “SuperheroAgent” refers to the SuperheroAgent.ai service.)

The Service

SuperheroAgent provides specialist AI agents that plan and execute work you assign, inside the policies and autonomy levels you configure.

You are responsible for the objectives you set and the guardrails you apply to each agent.

Autonomy, Approvals & Your Responsibility

Agents operate at an autonomy level you choose — from Assist (you approve every action) to Supervised and Full.

High-risk or irreversible actions route through a human approval gate unless you explicitly allow them. You remain responsible for actions you authorize, and you can pause any agent or the whole squad at any time.

Acceptable Use

When using the service you agree that you will not:

1. Use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or send abusive or deceptive content.
2. Attempt to defeat the guardrails, tenancy isolation, or approval gates.
3. Upload content — including images — that you do not have the right to use.

Your use is also governed by the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Your Content

You own your content. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the service for you. We do not train shared models on it. See the Privacy Policy, including the Facial Avatar section, for how uploaded face images are handled.

Billing

Paid plans bill for agent-runs and any add-ons as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as set out in the Refund Policy. You can change or cancel your plan from account settings.

Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided “as is.” Agent output can contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing outcomes before relying on them, which is why the audit trail and approval gates exist.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your order or agreement.

Questions, or a request to access or delete your data? Email privacy@superheroagent.ai. You can also manage and delete uploaded content — including facial avatars — from within the app at any time.
